Board previously pled guilty after Madison County Investigators obtained a search warrant on March 2, 2017. Handguns, sawed-off shotguns and assault rifles where among the weapons found along with drug paraphernalia. Investigators believed the drugs found indicated the distribution of meth. At the time, Board was a convicted felon known to be distributing meth from his residence.
Board was sentenced 137 months in prison and after serving he will be required to serve a Term of Supervised Release of five years. A consecutive five year prison term was added to his sentence because one of the firearms found was in connection with drug trafficking.
