Motorcyclist Arrested in Fremont After Multiple Violations

FREMONT – Police arrested one motorcyclist this weekend after he violated several Nebraska State laws.

Friday morning around 10AM, a motorcycle driven by 23 year old Bryon Brohimer was stopped for failure to display a rear license plate.  When police interviewed Brohimer, it was discovered that his driving privileges were currently revoked through the State of Nebraska. Brohimer did not have a Motorcycle Endorsement, and even though he had purchased the motorcycle in 2017, he never registered it with the state.

Brohimer was subsequently arrested and charged with: Driving During Revocation, No Proof of Ownership, No Motorcycle Endorsement, and No Proof of Insurance.
