Man Hiding In Crawlspace Fails to Elude FPD

FREMONT – A noise complaint lead to police finding a man in a home’s crawlspace, in possession of drugs.

On Thursday, April 12, just after midnight, Fremont Police officers responded to a complaint of a loud party in the 1200 block of north Somers Avenue.  Officers arrived and were allowed into the residence.

While speaking with the people present, officers located Raheem S. Howard, 23, of Fremont hiding in a crawl space in the home. Upon discovery, Howard exited the space and was discovered to be in possession of methamphetamine.  Howard was taken into custody for Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Also cited were: Alysia K. Blunck, 32, of Fremont for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and a 19 year old Fremont man for Possession of Marijuana less than one Ounce, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
