FREMONT – A Fremont man received a warning from police to stay away from a residence where he was unwanted last night, but when that warning went unheeded, he found himself under arrest.
Police responded to a residence in the 200 block of west 23rd street on Monday evening to remove an intoxicated person from a residence that wasn’t their own. The individual moved on, with a strict warning from the police not to return.
However, some time later, around 9:15PM, police were called back to the residence with a report that the unwanted individual had returned. This time, police arrested the man, Paul J. Jamison, 45, of Fremont, on suspicion of 2nd Degree Trespassing.
