LISTEN: Bob Flittie Interviews City Administrator Newton

FREMONT – Fremont City Administrator, Brian Newton, visited with Bob Flittie on Monday at Noon on 1340 AM and 98.9 FM about several City issues. Newton commented on the recent “outstanding” Water Quality Report for the City:

With the recent passage of $2-million bond issues each, one for the Keene Memorial Library and one for the City Auditorium, Newton said that Fund-raising should start soon for the Library project:


And Newton reported that the City will seek grant funds to help finance The City Auditorium renovation project:


Brian Newton also noted the work that City crews has recently completed at 23rd and “I”, by the new Fremont Rental Building:
