Fremont Police Urge Security After Several Thefts

FREMONT – The Fremont Police Department is once again urging all area citizens to secure their homes, vehicles and belongings, after an uptick in thefts from cars, garages and homes.

“We have had several burglaries and car break-ins lately,” said Detective Brandon Lorenson. “Please secure all your doors, and make sure your garages are locked. If you see anything suspicious, please call [the department’s non-emergency line] 402-727-2677.”

Several tools, vehicles and other items have been stolen.  If you have any information on these crimes, the police department urges you to come forward.
