Fremont Police Respond to Two Domestic Violence Incidents

FREMONT – Fremont Police responded to two violent domestic altercations over the weekend, resulting in multiple arrests.

Friday night, a Fremont patrol officers were flagged down by a citizen just before 11PM. The citizen said he was assaulted by two women. The officers investigated and found that the victim’s ex-girlfriends, 24 year old Kayce Kindschuh and 24 year old Amber McCauley, were the attackers in question. Kindschuh and McCauley were located and subsequently arrested for 3rd Degree Domestic Violence Assault and Disorderly Conduct.

Late Saturday night, officers were dispatched to the area of 2nd and D Streets regarding a physical fight.  Upon arrival, Fremont Police witnessed a black Volkswagen Jetta fleeing the scene.  Police pursued, and the vehicle was stopped. 31 year old Deanne Ramirez, the driver of the Jetta, was observed by witnesses chasing her ex-boyfriend with her vehicle. Later, the victim told police Ramirez struck him with the vehicle, and police determined that the vehicle had damage consistent with striking a person.

Ramirez was arrested and charged with 2nd Degree Domestic Violence Assault.
