FREMONT – The Fremont Police Department made five arrests over the weekend.
According to Lt. Bottorff with the Fremont Police Department, on Friday at 6:58 p.m. officers received a call regarding a physical disturbance at the 800 block of W. 21st Street. Officers responded to the location, and an investigation was conducted. The complaint was determined to be valid. As a result an individual was arrested on a warrant and charges. 32-year-old Eran R. Peatrowski from Fremont was arrested for Third Degree Assault and Theft.
Also on Friday at 9:22 p.m. officers responded to the 100 block of S. Grant Avenue in regards to a physical domestic assault report. During the investigation they had contact with an individual who was uncooperative and causing a disturbance. The individual, 31-year-old Nanette L. Luschen of Fremont was arrested for Third Degree Domestic Assault, Disturbing the Peace, and Disorderly Conduct.
On Saturday officers received a call at 12:24 p.m. Officers were dispatched to a business located at the 700 block of N. Broad Street in response to a possible protection order violation. The investigation determined that a possible violation had occurred. As a result, 33-year-old Keith A. Baker of Fremont was arrested for Protection Order Violation.
At 10:27 p.m. on Saturday officers on patrol came upon an individual at the 500 block of N. Park Avenue. The individual was waving their hands in the air and screaming profanity toward the Dodge County Courthouse. Contact was made with the individual, whose disruptive behavior continued and also continued to be uncooperative. 28-year-old Jenea R. Mann of Fremont was arrested for Disorderly Conduct.
And on Sunday officers received a call at 2:06 a.m. from Fremont Health Medical. Officers were dispatched to the location, and contact was made with an individual who had been in several times that day, but had never left the property. He was told to leave, but eventually returned. As a result he was later arrested. The individual arrested was 27-year-old Tyrun D. Douglas of Fremont, and he was arrested for Criminal Trespass First Degree.
