Fremont High School Asks Students to Pick Up Belongings Today

FREMONT – Fremont High School students and their families are being asked to collect their belongings from the high school before it is closed today at 4PM.

Families received letters on Thursday informing them that a drive-through pick up system will be in place so that students or their parents can pick up anything left in the student’s locker. “We have created a drive-through pick up process out of the high school’s main entrance and the South band/industrial tech door,” said the letter.

Students with last names A-L will pick up their belongings at the south entrance. Please enter the parking lot from 16th street, heading west. Students with last names M-Z will pick up at the main entrance – drive north on Lincoln avenue and pull into the bus parking zone. Families are to remain in their vehicle, in a single file line.

Upon your arrival, a staff member will ask for the student’s name and/or locker number. Staff inside the school will retrieve your student’s items. Items from PE lockers will not be handed out at this time. This process is underway now, and will continue through 4PM today, Friday, April 3. This will be the last opportunity to pick up items until a future date yet to be determined.

Please be patient as staff works to retrieve items for your student.
