FPD Cites One for Midnight Flower Theft

FREMONT – April showers bring May flower… thefts? That’s what landed one Fremont woman in trouble with Fremont Police early this morning.

In the overnight Thursday/Friday hours, around 12:45AM, Fremont Police responded to a call about a disturbance in south Fremont.  One person was moving out of the residence of an acquaintance, and she removed plants from the resident’s flower bed without permission. When she refused to put them back, the resident called the police.

Fremont Police responded and cited one 53 year old Fremont woman for Theft by Unlawful Taking and Criminal Mischief.
