FPD Arrests Woman For Assault with Glass Bottle

FREMONT – The Fremont Police made an assault arrest this weekend after a woman struck an acquaintance with a glass bottle.

On Friday night around 11PM, police responded to a domestic disturbance complaint reported in the 1600 block of north Garfield street. Apparently, a verbal altercation boiled over into physical violence, and Alondra Rafael-Hernandez, 23, of Fremont struck another person in the residence with a glass bottle. The victim at the residence had injuries consistent with such an assault.

As a result, Rafael-Hernandez was taken into custody and will face charges of 2nd Degree Domestic Assault in Dodge County court.
