FREMONT – Fremont’s Finance Director, Jody Sanders, joined Bob Flittie on Tuesday at noon on 98.9 and 1340. The focus, as expected, was on finances. The Fremont City Council held a Special Meeting Tuesday evening to focus on the City budgets, including major capital outlay project for the next two years.

And Bob was concerned about how long it could be before Fremont might get reimbursement for our eligible flood-related expenses from FEMA:
During the interview, Jody noted the work done by city employees to clean up Hormel Park over the Labor Day weekend. What was notable was the fact that the delay in getting Hormel Park cleaned up was due to a request from FEMA. Jody explains:
